As I understand it this was essentially like a great storm for this extend with the Guadalupe. I believe There are 2 forks that feed in to the Guadalupe just above Kerrville.The coastal prairie was shortly dotted with log cabins, taverns, and shacks passing for retailers-but typically lean-tos and crude tents-so anxious have been folks to secure a
